more of my weekend.

Saturday
In my opinion, the most eventful saturday yet (: I headed to church early to try to finish up my personal statement for the scholarship. from 100+ words, i managed about 800+ :D Missions weekend! Where we pledge our mission promises, give back to God a portion of what we have and use it to extend His kingdom. Twist was, there was guest speaker Rev Ong Sek Liang from Malaysia. He comes to Trinity annually for the Life conference we hold every june. He came to preach about the missions, and what he said touched me in many ways.

"Take care of the things dear to God, God will take care of the things dear to you. "
It's pretty self explanatory - neither do i wanna explain myself further.

After we finished what we needed to do every missions weekend, being the man of God, he prophesied over Ignyte Ministry, calling out one by one different people who had different illnesses. He asked for 3 people who were suffering for Chronic pain in the neck, 1 guy with a right ear deficiency and 2 folks who had nightmares. When i heard about the chronic pain in the neck, i loooked to my sister. And i urged her to go forward. She did and i accompanied her forward. He prayed over her, and she was healed. What amazed me was the one who had a hearing problem in his right ear. We prayed, no effect. We prayed somemore, no effect. We prayed, and there it was, a miracle right in front of our eyes. I spoke to mei on the way back with my parents for dinner, she said this,

'the moment he spoke of the pain, i felt my neck go numb even before i went forward to get prayed for. while he was praying for me, i saw a white flash of light zoom past me. I dont know if it was someone walking past or what but i saw it raelly clearly. After he prayed for me, i moved my neck and felt no pain already!'

If it wasnt for her personal experience, i honestly wouldnt have believed.
So after dinner with my parents we went home, and decided to start to camwhore. HAHAHA! So we did.









Sunday

Woke up early, went to work today. Insomia ttm last night, but i managed this morning heh (: The rest weren't around today, so the shop was pretty much quieter today. After work, uncle james gave us a lift to PL for the important briefing and meet up with the VP of Straits Time, plus prayer and etc. There were no rehearsals today so awesome! We went to 7/11 get snacks and magazines, and then we bus-ed to AMK and home-d to where i am now - with loads of relatives over :/
Feeling bored, me and mei tried to re-enact what happened ytd. Okay, WE TRIED. She tried on make up for the first time HAHA, my sister's virgin experience with make up. She actually looks really pretty *inserts songwei's shy face here*.

Cant believe im schooling tml already D: I seriously need to get used to the schedule :/ RAAAAHH.

fabian! you're really my brother. How come we always go through the same thing, but can never do anything to help one another but only encourage one another, be there for one another and understand one another above all. sighhhhh, i need to talk to Mag! like fabian said, sometimes we tell ourselves yah its time we let someone else in, OR if someone else comes along then maybe we can move on. Then we realise, eh we can't or rather we havent. Or maybe, no one has came yet. & i wished you knew. i wished you knew how hard it has been to watch you from afar, how hard it has been to pretend we were normal friends, convincing myself that yes its time to let someone else in. but no, i can't.
