Looking forward to partial-ing though! Another 2 hours and i'll be whisked off to meet ying to study Olevel maths (gosh), and have our little catch up and just spend time with the bestfriend (:
{edit}
Just got home not too long ago, got down to RJ (still doing though) but the photos and thoughts are just tad bit too distracting so i'm on the blog frenzy for now. I met her after lunch break today, chao-ed the remaining of DMA after my work was done with the team. We got held up a little by some HSBC people, headed to Macs for lunch plus study but realised the stupid macs at CCK management go remove all the power plugs, dumb right ): So we had our late lunch, and headed up to the library to start studying. Okay we were there for 2-3 hours, and i did one and a half paper 1 math. HAHA, the rest of the time we were taking webcam photos (quite apparently), watching last time videos of our Macbook crazy time, webcam-ing songwei while at it, and just talking about alot of things. BUT! I did accomplish much kay, she did teach me quite abit of stuff, considering the fact that besides being already bad at math, its been 2years since i've touched it already ): XIN KU NI LE LIYING! After the clock hit 7pm, she got hungry and we headed of to Ajisen (as usual) and hopped to MOF (as usual too) for our hit of sweet treats (:
Well besides the whole time of just pouring my heart out to hear, and her hearing all my countless sighs throughout the day, i caught something else. As bestfriends, we're different. I agree. There are things she likes that i don't, we both have a different style, we both have different taste in guys (thank god), we have different taste buds, we like different things. But we're still bestfriends (right ying? you better). At Ajisen we were deciding what to eat, or rather what not. Alot of things she dont eat i eat, i dont eat she eat. And i realised, yes that's a difference, but i can turn it around and look at it as a compliment. In a bowl of noodles, she hands me what she doesnt eat, and i hand her what i dont eat. We end up being happy and contented. Differences may not always be bad, different personalities may not always end up sour, differences need not be a reason for someone to be distanced from someone else. That difference, can sometimes be turned into a sweet compliment. Well how are you going to see it? (: Love you much wang liying! For being so patient with an idiot like me, for tolerating all my unglamness, for being supportive and understanding in everything (; WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING OTHER THAN CHILL AT LOT1 SOON, HOLIDAYS BABY!
Inside every ending to something we’ve grown so attached to lies a small bit of hope. Even if we don’t believe it can hold us up, we hold onto that hope just because there’s nothing else for us to grab onto to keep us from falling.
